Accidents happen in the outdoors every season, no matter how prepared you might be. That’s where we come in. Squamish Search and Rescue (SSAR) is a community-based volunteer organisation that provides free ground and inland water search and rescue services, wilderness public safety, and emergency services in and around the Squamish area. SAR volunteers are on call and available 24 hours a day 365 days per year so you can venture out knowing that we’ve got you covered if the unexpected happens. Looking for a way to help out?
